It's been a while since I have really blogged and posted. I have thought about it... I just haven't done it.
I don't know if it is some kind of strange nesting thing, but I've had this strong desire to really keep things private lately. As someone who has been writing about and sharing my life for almost 8 years now, the privacy thing seems out of character. When I think about potentially giving up the blog, I almost hyperventilate. I love this thing. This website has been a labor of crazy love and obsession for years. I don't know who's reading it, but I know someone is. Instagram has been my easy, go-to posting spot for the last several months. It's kept fairly up-to-date, although I never post live. In any case, I think now would be a lovely time to quickly review the past few months and catch you up on the Adventures of the StuCrew. Third Trimester and Bumping Along

Spring has sprung in south Florida. Pollen is everywhere. My car is a strange shade of yellow. Benadryl is the drink of choice in our house these days. We have had the strangest month. Actually, it started in the beginning of February. When we arrived home from our trip to Tennessee (cousins's fabulous wedding), Stu got off the plane with some horrible congestion. Stu and my Dad. Strange that the pilot and copilot became terribly sick, but the passengers seemed completely unaffected. For that entire week, both men appeared to get worse. Stu suffered through work the first few days, but by Thursday, he couldn't handle a whole day. Friday I took him to the Urgent Care because he was complaining that it was difficult to breathe. He could not lay flat without basically gasping for air. The PA (a former student of mine, if that doesn't make me old, I don't know what does) diagnosed him with Bronchitis. My TurnAfter Stu was back in the land of the living, I began to feel yucky. Great. It makes everything so much harder when Mommy is sick. Honestly, I am so tired that I can't recall all of my symptoms. I just know I was down and out for nearly a week. No fun.
