Well, here we are... 36 weeks and 4 days prego. I am actually a little in awe that Baby 3 has held out this long. Riley was born at 34 weeks and 5 days, so I was a tad worried we would find ourselves in the NICU again. Along the way, I have had mini-goals for this pregnancy:
I do still have a few more mini-goals. The most important to me is that Baby does not mess up Riley's birthday next week. Poor kid, he's already not getting to hang with friends (cause Mommy is a ticking time bomb and exhausted), I really don't want him to have to share a birthday, and I don't want to be in the hospital on his birthday. But clearly, we are at the mercy of the baby.
I have been thinking about what to write about for a while now. I knew I wanted to share some of my favorite baby items and must-haves, but I wasn't sure how I wanted to present them. As a soon-to-be Mom of 3, I know a thing or two about what you need for baby and what is just a waste of money and/or space. Lucky for me, my daughter is obsessed with making videos AND with anything related to her baby brother.
Reagan was more than happy to go on camera and take you through my hospital bag and the baby's diaper bag.
First, let's go through my bag.
I am a HUGE fan of Amazon and Target 2-day shipping. It has been so nice to just order stuff and have it delivered to my house (I even do this with groceries these days). Here are some links you might find helpful:
The nursing bras above are the ones I ordered (for nighttime and chilling at my house). They are SO comfortable. I am really happy with that purchase. I also ordered daytime nursing bras from Amazon. The fit was spot on (link below).
In the next post, I will share with you (via Reagan starring in another video) what we have packed in the baby's hospital bag.
My oldest child, Reagan, is 11 and my son Riley is 9. Baby 3 should arrive in January 2019. Everyday is a crazy day in the life of the Stus!
