This past weekend was the Fall Festival at our church. I thought it was a SUPER success, and I am so proud of the way it turned out.
Stu was up first in the dunk tank. It took several tries, but he finally got dunked.
Riley told me his favorite thing was the dunk tank... He spent most of the festival in line trying to sink his dad and James (our preacher).
Reagan gave the dunk tank a few tries...
Both of my kiddos loved the fish bowl toss game. The prize for this game was a (plastic) fish in a bag... like you get at a fair. These plastic fishies were a big hit with all the kids. Some families left with schools of fake fish! We have four!
It was so much fun for me to watch my kids excitedly run from activity to activity.
They bounced in both houses, played the ring toss, painted some rocks, ate hot dogs, helped Grammie and Aunt Steph out at the Snow Cone booth, and more. Basically, they had the best time ever.
Extra Special Shout Out
Lea's photo booth was fun! I LOVE the props she found on Etsy! These two pics she got of my munchkins are perfect!
I'd like to thank everyone who came out to help and all those who came out to play. I am so proud of how this event turned out. And we are already talking about next year's. Perhaps I will do a post with links to some of the decor and games we had. It was fun to plan and execute. Stay tuned for that.
There is little I like more than a holiday! Something about the energy of the day makes me giddy.
