I was going strong and steady in the early part of the month. But I got derailed again.
After this hurricane blows by, I will be back out pounding the pavement.

I harbor no fantasies of being a marathon runner. Or even a competitive racer in any length of track.
But, I do want to be healthy. I do want my kids to know that Mommy takes care of herself.
I like running (mostly walking at this point). I like it because I am terrible at it. I like it because I can easily track my progress. I like it because I can look at all sorts of analytics associated with my progress. I like it because I am competing with myself.
This screenshot that I am sharing is sad. I know that. I also know I can do better. I have done better in the past. I just took too much time off, ate too many donuts, dealt with too much stress. And now, this is where I am.
