Obviously my lack of posting on here shows how little my world revolves around my fitness life. Or really, lack of life.
But I have been trying to train my brain to care. And think about how much I am moving around each day. There are good days, where my Fitbit will vibrate and congratulate me. And there are sluggish days where it spends more time yelling at me to move. Most of the time, I fall somewhere in the middle.
My daily step goal is 12,000. Below is how my October looked.
This represents October 2-29 with the week of the 10-15 missing. I have no idea what happened to the data from that week. Oh well.
My goal is (of course) to slaughter these stats in November.
