This morning I was in the kitchen prepping my coffee and making chocolate milk for Buddy. He was in the bathroom. The other two were still snoozing.
Bud comes out and says "Oh Mom. You've GOT to come see this."
I stare at him. He just came out of the bathroom. It's a little early to look at poop. Or clean pee off the ground (or walls). I mean I haven't even had my coffee yet. It's not even half way finished percolating. My eyelids are barely open.
He says "come on." And he's kind of giggly about it.
With a healthy amount of fear, I say "Why?"
He laughs and says he'll show me if I come to the bathroom. Great.
I don't walk fast enough so he comes and grabs my hand. Then he tells me he hasn't yet washed his hands because he wanted to show me 'someping' first. Super great.
We walk into the bathroom and he says "HA! Look at that!" And he points to an empty toilet paper roll. He says "What do we do about that?"
I breathe a sigh of relief and say "No worries Bud. I got this." Even in my half-awake state I can handle this. So I pop the empty roll off and put the new one on. Then I look at him... He's standing with his mouth wide open and exclaims "WOW! How did you do that?!?! That was AMAZING!"
Thanks Buddy for making me feel like SuperMom.
